Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Media Manager with a strong background in Mass Communication to lead media planning, coordination, and execution across print, digital, and online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing media strategies, managing media relations, and ensuring optimal visibility and coverage for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic media plans aligned with client goals and brand objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media houses across print, electronic, and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate media outreach, press releases, and press conference arrangements.
  • Monitor media coverage, analyze outcomes, and prepare media reports and performance metrics.
  • Plan and oversee digital media campaigns — including social media promotions, online PR, and influencer collaborations.
  • Manage crisis communication and ensure brand reputation is upheld across all channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, creative, digital) to ensure consistency in messaging and communication strategy.
  • Stay updated with media trends, competitor activities, and emerging communication technologies.
