Rassense Private Limited is seeking a dynamic
Manager – Client Solutions
to spearhead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth within the
Contract Food Services
sector. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional with over
8 years of experience
in lead generation and frontline B2B sales, ideally within the Food or Facility Management industry. The successful execution of this position is crucial for achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic client engagement and market analysis.

The Manager – Client Solutions will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key clients, and ensuring alignment with Rassense's commitment to delivering high-quality service. This role requires a proactive approach to market research and client interaction, ensuring that the company remains competitive and responsive to evolving client needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification of potential clients and business opportunities through comprehensive market research and analysis of customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing and delivery schedules.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions, preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives, enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Drive initiatives to achieve or exceed sales targets while monitoring client retention rates and satisfaction levels.
  • Engage in local and regional travel as required to meet with clients and prospects, fostering strong business relationships.

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; a postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential for effective communication within the role.
