About the Role

We're looking for a passionate
QA Engineer
to join our growing technology team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our software's reliability, performance, and quality — across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test scripts for web/mobile apps.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Build and maintain automated test frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.).
  • Conduct API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and mentor junior QA members.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of QA experience.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Java/Python/JavaScript.
  • Experience with Git, JIRA/TestRail, Jenkins/GitLab CI.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or fintech domains.
  • Familiar with JMeter, LoadRunner, or mobile testing.
  • Knowledge of AWS/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, or BDD tools (Cucumber, SpecFlow).
  • ISTQB certification preferred.
