**Key Responsibilities:**

* Teach Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) to middle and secondary school students as per CBSE curriculum.

* Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching materials, and practical demonstrations.

* Conduct laboratory activities ensuring safety, accuracy, and hands-on learning.

* Evaluate student performance through assignments, periodic tests, and projects.

* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

* Maintain discipline and support overall student development.

* Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and training programs.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues for curriculum planning and academic improvement.

**Qualifications & Requirements:**

* Graduate in Science with **B.Ed.** (mandatory).

* Minimum **2–3 years of teaching experience**, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.

* Strong command over subject concepts and excellent communication skills.

* Ability to use modern teaching tools and technology-enabled learning methods.

* Passion for teaching, patience, and a student-first approach.

**Preferred Skills:**

* Experience in conducting science exhibitions, Olympiad preparation, or lab activities.

* Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.

* Creativity in teaching methods and ability to simplify complex concepts.
