Job description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Sales position with Pragware By CHILLY, located in New Delhi.

People who love a safe fixed package, need not apply.

We are looking for entrepreneurial candidates who can achieve high targets, and hence earn a very high incentive, greater than the fixed package.

As a Sales professional, you will be responsible for promoting and selling plumbing products to construction firms, architects, housing societies, hospitals, and airports. This is a hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for remote work.

  • Work on a list of architects, consulting companies, and construction companies (account).
  • Track all Projects under that account and Ensure our products are listed in their projects.
  • Establish relations with each project in charge at customer end.
  • Ensure run-rate sales from each account on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Mostly field work with daily sales team meet with the founding members. 2 Days face to face at the office, and the rest of the days online.

Candidate profile

  • Exp: 5 yrs relevant experience
  • Prior experience in sales or business development in the construction, MEP or plumbing industry
  • Should be currently carrying target of 1 cr+
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Proficiency in MS Office, emails, web meeting.
  • Should have their own conveyance. 2/4 wheeler.
  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma

Office locations: Wazirpur, Delhi and Rai industrial Area, Haryana
