Role Description

As a full-time, on-site Salesperson based in Ahmedabad, your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, promoting the company's products and services, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions, while also collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and contribute to strategic business planning.

Qualifications

  • Sales expertise, including strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts related to refractories, insulation materials, and boiler solutions
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in identifying market opportunities and trends
  • Problem-solving mindset and a results-driven approach
  • Experience in industrial or technical sales is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad
