Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, and interpret user and product data to uncover actionable insights and trends.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for regular and ad-hoc business reviews.
  • Track product performance metrics, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, and satisfaction.
  • Mentor teams with data-backed recommendations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot market opportunities, inform feature prioritization, and frame product positioning.
  • Solicit and synthesize customer feedback via surveys, interviews, usability tests, and app analytics to guide user-centric development.
  • Support product cost, usage, and forecasting analyses to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence role (B2B SaaS, B2C, or payroll background preferred).
  • Strong expertise in one or more analytical tools (SQL, Excel, Python/R).
  • Familiarity with product analytics and visualization platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI, Google Analytics).
  • Strong ability to distill complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proficient communication and presentation skills for cross-team collaboration and leadership reporting.
  • A high level of curiosity, detail-oriented problem-solving, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with the payroll domain or HRMS platforms is a plus, but not mandatory.
