We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive with 0- 3 years of hands-on experience in handling day-to-day office administration. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and capable of ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing entire administration role & activities
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Looking about the compliance activities
  • Assist in event planning and meeting room management
  • Handle courier, travel arrangements, documentation, billing & other settlements

Requirements:

  • Completed graduation
  • Male candidates preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in office administration or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Job location : MIDC, Andheri (East)

Immediate to 30 days of notice period & Mumbai base candidate preferred
