Role overview

We are hiring a female Public Relations Coordinator for our three locations: Pune (Viman Nagar), New Delhi (Okhla Industrial Estate), and Ahmedabad (Shivranjani Cross Roads).

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken female candidate who can efficiently manage: Daily client service calls, Client satisfaction follow-ups, Coordination between internal teams and clients, Basic reporting and communication tasks

This is NOT a sales role. It focuses on ensuring our existing clients receive smooth, high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle states level clients on a daily basis.

Call existing clients every day to confirm:

• They received our services properly
• Activations, branding, or campaign executions reached them on time

• They are satisfied with the quality

• Collect feedback, understand concerns, and note queries clearly.

• Provide solutions by coordinating with the internal concerned person (operations, vendor team, or sales).
• Follow up until every issue is resolved.
• Maintain daily call records, feedback logs, and share updates with seniors.
• Coordinate with state teams in Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh for project updates.
• Follow up with vendors for pricing, material dispatch, timelines, and deliverables.
• Share timely, accurate updates with the operations department.
• Ensure every client is receiving proper service throughout all ongoing projects.
• Route queries to the right internal team and ensure closure.
• Keep communication transparent and professional.
• Occasionally support in client visits/meetings when instructed.

• Female candidates preferred
• Excellent communication & polite client-handling
• Strong follow-up skills & smart problem-solving ability

Basic understanding of Events / BTL / Exhibitions / Advertising / Media industry Media & Advertising background is a BIG plus (preferred first).

• Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, MS Office
• Active, presentable, quick learner

Work Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
