Job Profile: Pre-Sales Associate
Role Name: Pre-Sales Associate
Location: BRS Nagar, Ludhiana
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary Range: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000
Job Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Pre-Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential leads, engaging them with the right information, and scheduling meetings with our sales representatives. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to build trust over phone conversations. The Pre-Sales Associate plays a vital role in nurturing leads and ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Calling & Engagement: Contact potential leads through phone calls, explain products/services, and generate interest.
- Meeting Scheduling: Fix appointments/meetings between interested leads and the sales representatives.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls, leads, and scheduled meetings in Excel/CRM.
- Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with leads to keep them engaged and move them closer to conversion.
- Sales Team Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and feedback from interactions.
- Reporting: Share daily/weekly reports on call outcomes, lead status, and appointments fixed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14, ₹17,000.00 per month
