Job Description: Wealth Management SME

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Wealth Management Subject Matter Expert (SME)
to guide the successful implementation of a
Digital Wealth platform
. The SME will provide deep domain knowledge in private banking and wealth management, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured, regulatory compliance is maintained, and customer journeys are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Domain & Functional Expertise


• Act as the
primary domain expert
for wealth management, private banking, and digital advisory.


• Interpret and validate business requirements across modules:


•
360° Customer Overview & Net Worth Analytics


•
Investment & Cash Accounts


•
Portfolio Management and Tracking


•
Wealth Planning & Goal-Based Investing


•
Self-Execution & Robo-Advisory Journeys


• Ensure platform capabilities align with:


• Customer onboarding & KYC


• Order placement and settlements


• Reporting and analytics


• Vendor integrations (e.g., IVS, GTN)

Stakeholder Collaboration


• Work closely with
business, compliance, and product teams
to define requirements.


• Liaise with
technology and vendor partners
to ensure domain needs are met.


• Provide
training, documentation, and domain guidance
to internal teams.

Regulatory & Compliance


• Ensure alignment with
global and regional frameworks
such as MiFID II, FATCA, CRS, AML, and KYC.


• Validate wealth journeys against
compliance and risk profiling standards
.

Required Skills & Experience


•
10+ years of experience
in
wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory
.


• Strong understanding of:


•
Investment products
(equities, ETFs, structured products, robo portfolios)


•
Portfolio performance metrics
and reporting


•
Risk profiling and goal-based investing


• Exposure to
digital wealth platforms
(Comarch, Temenos, Avaloq, InvestCloud, Finacle Wealth, etc.) is highly desirable.


• Familiarity with
customer onboarding, digital advisory, and portfolio aggregation
.

Preferred Qualifications


• Experience working with
Middle East or global private banking clients
.


• Involvement in
wealth platform transformation projects
.

Soft Skills


• Strong
stakeholder management
and ability to influence senior business leaders.


• Excellent communication and documentation skills.


• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in complex regulatory environments.
