Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and inspiring Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead academic excellence in the subjects of English, Mathematics, Chemistry and Economics.

The SME will be responsible for curriculum mastery, teacher training, and student achievement enhancement. This role demands a strong academic foundation, leadership in pedagogy, and a passion for motivating both teachers and students to achieve their highest potential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Curriculum Development

  • Design and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with academic standards and school objectives.
  • Develop innovative teaching strategies, lesson plans, and learning materials.
  • Ensure conceptual clarity and application-based understanding among students.

2. Teacher Training & Mentoring

  • Train and mentor teachers in effective teaching methodologies, classroom management, and student engagement.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to improve instructional quality.
  • Organize academic workshops, peer learning sessions, and training modules to enhance faculty performance.

3. Student Excellence & Motivation

  • Identify student learning gaps and provide academic support for improvement.
  • Motivate high-performing students to set higher goals and reach excellence.
  • Encourage average and below-average students through remedial sessions and personalized guidance.
  • Monitor student progress closely and collaborate with parents to ensure continuous improvement.

4. Academic Leadership & Evaluation

  • Maintain consistent academic rigor across grades and ensure timely assessments.
  • Drive 100% result goals in board examinations and internal assessments.
  • Introduce creative academic initiatives, competitions, and activities to promote critical thinking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's Degree in the respective subject (English / Mathematics / Chemistry) from a recognized university.
  • B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification mandatory.
  • 10–15 years of teaching experience, including exposure to academic leadership or teacher mentoring.
  • Proven record of student success and teacher development.
  • Experience in CBSE / ICSE / International curriculum preferred.
