Please find below the Job Description :

  • Handled Company registrations like GST/ PF/ ESI/ PT/ shops and estb/ etc
  • Review of accounting journals and assisting the team in month end closure activities and reconciliations and finalization of financial statements.
  • Preparation and review of Account reconciliations (SL vs GL), bank reconciliations, receivables management, vendor payments reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Ensuring timely closure of books of accounts through co-ordination with other departmental Heads
  • Preparing monthly book closure entries (Month End Activities) in tally and GST related entries along with reconciliation of trade payables.
  • Co-ordinating with auditors on any queries relating to audit and providing relevant supporting evidences required.
  • Reviewing operational reconciliations of GST transactions and reconciling the same with GSTR-2B and closure of open items.
  • Preparation and Finalizing of GST returns and TDS Returns vendors and salary

Other skill set-

Working knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, Outlook and Power point, Tally Prime and ERP9

Additional Information-

Shift Timings- 9AM to 6PM IST

Working Days- Monday to Friday

Location- MFAR Silverline Tech Park, 3rd Floor, 2nd Phase Plot No. 180, EPIP Zone, Whitefield, Bengaluru
