Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to promote cybersecurity products.
  • Initiate outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify and qualify leads.
  • Schedule and deliver product demos through video calls or in-person meetings.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales head to prepare proposals, price offerings, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipelines in the CRM.
  • Process sales orders and support smooth customer onboarding.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for renewals and upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–6 years of experience in IT/Software sales or business development.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity domain is a strong advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
