  • Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets within the designated area.
  • Category driving: Drive category and
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade retailers, including negotiation of commercial terms and ensuring product placement.
  • Stock & Inventory Management: Coordinate stock replenishment, monitor inventory levels, and manage logistics to prevent stockouts.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop penetration strategies.
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and report on key metrics and achievements.
  • Category driving: Strong negotiation skills to drive category

More than 3 years of Experience into handling Modern Trade Operations

MBA/PGDM preferred
