Role Overview

As a Research Analyst Intern, you will work closely with the cross-functional teams on high-impact projects. The role involves strategic research, data analysis, and execution support across multiple business functions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and keen to build a career at the intersection of research, strategy, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategic planning, research, and execution of high-impact projects.
  • Support in business development, partnerships, and investor outreach.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help streamline operations and improve existing processes.
  • Attend meetings with the Founder and take ownership of follow-up actions.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights for decision-making.
  • Maintain research databases and track industry developments.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools (e.g., Statista, Crunchbase, Tracxn, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear insights.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
