Job Description

As a Web Developer, you will design, build, and test web-based applications for various site components while also editing site content. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to create user-friendly interfaces, documenting technical designs and specifications, and researching to incorporate updated content for websites, ensuring they remain relevant and engaging for users.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in HTML and front-end development.
  • Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Take responsibility for team-level decisions and outcomes.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
  • Provide solutions for both immediate team challenges and cross-team issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve web applications to enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML (HyperText Markup Language) (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of CSS and JavaScript for front-end development.

Good To Have Skills:

  • Experience with responsive design techniques for cross-device compatibility.
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA) to build inclusive web applications.
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git for collaborative development.

Additional Information

  • Experience: Only candidates with 6+ years of relevant HTML experience should apply.
  • Education: 15 years of full-time education is required.
  • Work Mode: Onsite (Bengaluru office).
