Job Summary
Looking for a knowledgeable and client focussed travel consultants with 2 -3years experience
The candidate should have a strong background in travel industry, excellent customer sales skills, strong GDS knowledge (Amadeus) and fluency in English language
He/she will be responsible for making flight bookings as per the client requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and book international flights
- Consult with client to determine their needs and budget
- Provide expert advice in terms of airfares
- Handle complex itineraries in terms of international travel
- Knowledge of visa requirements is a must
- Maintain up to date knowledge of travel industry, trends, regulations and technology
- In depth knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) to make air reservations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of flights sales experience
- Proficiency with Amadeus
- Strong knowledge of international fares
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer oriented mindset with a problem solving attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English
