Role Description

We are looking for an R&D Officer – Resin Binder System to join our research and development team in Navi Mumbai (Panvel), Maharashtra. This role involves working on R&D batch synthesis, analyzing test data, and driving projects independently. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to product innovation, from lab-scale development to plant-scale implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process R&D batches in line with project plans.
  • Independently manage assigned project tasks.
  • Apply strong knowledge of polymer/organic chemistry to drive R&D projects.
  • Adopt and implement new techniques.
  • Analyze and present R&D data effectively.
  • Research and evaluate technical data relevant to projects.
  • Conduct testing using standard R&D instruments.
  • Scale up projects from lab to pilot and plant stages.
  • Collaborate with departments for equipment calibration, raw material sourcing, and QC performance tests.
  • Maintain strong focus on KPIs and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech. in Polymer Science or M.Sc./B.Sc. in Chemistry.
  • 1–5 years of experience in R&D batch synthesis.
  • Strong technical foundation in polymer and organic chemistry.
  • Innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
