Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to working with the MERN stack (MongoDB/MYSQL, , , and ). The candidate should have completed a full-time minimum 3 year course in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that our development practices remain current.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in software development.

- At least 3 years of full-time experience working with the MERN stack.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

- Experience with front-end development using , including state management libraries like Redux.

- Strong understanding of and for server-side development.

- Experience working with MongoDB/MySql and designing NoSQL/SQL databases.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSocket.

- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT).

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Good understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerization.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.

- Knowledge of TypeScript and is a plus.
