Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative/Sales Executive/Inside Sales Executive to join our digital marketing agency.

(We are not looking for telecallers, but if you are a telecaller and want to learn about sales, this position is for you)

The ideal candidate will excel at generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals, while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Generate high-quality leads for services such as web development, lead generation, and social media marketing (SMM) from directories and other industry-specific sources.
  • Focus on MSMEs, manufacturers, and the renewable energy sector through outbound efforts, including cold calling and cold emailing.

Inbound Lead Handling:

  • Handle and qualify inbound leads from established funnels.
  • Conduct expert-level discovery calls to understand customer requirements and convert inquiries into potential business opportunities.

Lead Management:

  • Effectively manage leads by categorizing them into hot, warm, and cold categories for follow-ups and prioritization.

Follow-Up & Nurturing:

  • Develop and implement follow-up strategies to nurture leads and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle.

Sales Process Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of sales phases, including contract negotiations, Statements of Work (SOW), and invoicing.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met at every stage of the sales process.

Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to present proposals, address queries, and provide updates.
  • Craft professional cold emails and follow-up messages tailored to potential clients.

Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the service team to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and tailored solutions for clients.

Tools & Technology:

  • Utilize CRM and project management tools efficiently to track leads, update progress, and manage the sales pipeline.

Target-Oriented Environment:

  • Work under high-pressure situations to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Qualifications: Proven sales experience in a digital marketing agency or marketing agency is a must.
  • Strong understanding of the MSME, manufacturing, and renewable energy industries.
  • Expertise in lead generation, customer discovery, and nurturing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and project management platforms.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and act as the first touchpoint for the company.
  • Proficiency in writing professional cold and follow-up emails.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
