Responsibilities Overview:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US IT staffing market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the US IT staffing market and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a strategic mindset and a focus on achieving sales targets.
