We are having an urgent opening for the position of Office Admin and Accountant for a reputed company for their corporate office at Mumbai (Santacruz West).
Job Description:
- Maintaining Books of Accounts
- Making Invoicing and Making Vendor Payment
- Maintaining Petty Cash, Cheque Payment, Cheque Receipt Register & Excel Sheet Report.
- Checking clearance of cheque deposit with Bank Statement
- Entries to be passed in Tally
- Manage the complete accounts and bookkeeping for the company
- Streamlined administrative processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Proficiently used MS Office suite to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of Tally and MS Office
- The person should have knowledge of Accounts and also have experience in office administration.
