Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Total Quality Management Lead will oversee and implement quality management strategies across all operational levels. Responsibilities include monitoring and improving quality processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, conducting audits, and managing quality assurance initiatives. The individual will also drive continuous improvement efforts, develop quality frameworks, and liaise with cross-functional teams to uphold the organization's commitment to excellence in manufacturing and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Total Quality Management (TQM), ISO standards, and quality systems
  • Proven expertise in process improvement, quality audits, and compliance management
  • Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in team leadership, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of the automotive or EV industry and familiarity with manufacturing processes is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  • Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, or Quality Management Systems are an advantage
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement
