Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for all project phases.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required.
- Professional Project Management Certification (PMP/CAPM/CPM/MPM) from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in managing real estate projects, including overseeing the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion.
- Experience in selecting, evaluating, and managing relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure they meet project specifications and timelines.
- Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methodologies.
- In-depth understanding of construction processes, cost drivers, interior design principles, and fit-out specifications and building operations to effectively oversee project execution and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards is crucial.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills; proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, team members, and upper management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- A strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising departmental teams.
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment that promotes teamwork.
- Proven managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to predict challenges proactively and seek solutions to head off obstacles.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong working knowledge of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and other relevant tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
