We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team as Business Development Executives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation skills, and an interest in the educational technology domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and familiarize yourself with all services offered by the company
  • Demonstrate the product to clients by mapping features to relevant use cases
  • Handle phone inquiries, respond to queries, and provide basic company information
  • Identify and acquire new clients through direct contact and referrals
  • Negotiate with clients to secure favorable business deals
  • Conduct promotional activities and assist in creating marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with the development team to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good market and domain knowledge
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and suggest suitable solutions
  • Proactive approach in client communication
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills

Qualification:

  • B.Tech / MBA / Any Post-Graduation
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary:

  • ₹2.4 LPA to ₹3.6 LPA (based on skills)
