Managing Total Cost of ownership through Cost Negotiated Saving & Value Engineering
Material cost Containment
Supplier Risk Management & Mitigation (Associated with commodity, conversion, fire & safety etc)
Capacity planning, Setting up structural review & de-bottleneck issues
Benchmarking for Technology & cost
Data Analytics & leverage technology for effective analysis
