Job Purpose
The Trainee Guest Services Associate (TGSA) will support day-to-day airport operations to ensure smooth, safe, and customer-focused ground handling services.

The role involves assisting in passenger handling, baggage services, flight dispatch, and ramp coordination under the supervision of the Duty Manager.

After successful completion of one year, candidates may be absorbed as
Guest Services Associates (GSA)
based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless passenger experience throughout the journey.
  • Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival processes in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Support documentation and verification of travel documents as per airline and security guidelines.
  • Handle baggage-related operations including tracing, loading/unloading, and reconciliation.
  • Provide assistance to passengers with special needs (UMNRs, PRMs, elderly passengers, etc.).
  • Liaise effectively with ground handling partners, airport authorities, and internal teams.
  • Support flight dispatch, turnaround coordination, and ramp activities under supervision.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, security, and operational procedures.
  • Handle passenger queries and service recovery with professionalism and empathy.
  • Participate in structured on-the-job training across airport operations.

Qualifications & Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized regular college (no backlogs).
  • Age: Below 25 years.
  • Valid Passport (Mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office; DCS knowledge preferred).
  • Customer service-oriented with a calm, confident, and professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
