Job Description Description We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Ground Staff. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about the aviation industry and eager to provide exceptional service to passengers. Responsibilities - Assist passengers with check-in and boarding processes. - Ensure the safety and security of passengers and luggage. - Manage baggage handling and ensure proper loading and unloading. - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules and airport facilities. - Conduct pre-flight inspections and prepare the aircraft for departure. - Coordinate with flight crews and other airport staff for efficient operations. Skills and Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Basic computer skills for data entry and management. - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. - Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
