Incepted in 2014, ITS Coatings is a specialist manufacturer of traffic markings focused on manufacturing of water based & solvent based paints and primers, promoters of glass beads and road marking equipments.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an organized & efficient sales support & marketing promotions specialist, responsible to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Preparing offers / quotations and sending the same to clients

Following up with customers about their order status.

Maintaining reports & databases about the clients and offers

Co-ordination with sales team and accounts team for dispatches

Sending dispatch details to the clients

Coordination with transporters

Searching potential clients and generate sales leads by doing proactive marketing via emails, phone calls, etc.

Handling exhibition related tasks

Responding to customer queries and providing them with required details/documents

Assisting with digital marketing & co-ordinating with the social media design agency for design creatives for marketing & promotional activities.

Searching for potential customers, sending them bulk emails / letters for promoting company products.

Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS:

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent team working and customer service skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Computer literacy and typing skills.

Any knowledge / experience regarding digital marketing design / content writing / graphic designing will be preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduation

Any additional relevant degree beyond graduation will be advantageous.

EXPERIENCE:

2-3 years' experience in sales coordination / customer support

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
