Divisional Head | Electronic Goods Company

  1. Develop and implement divisional sales and distribution plans to achieve

volume, value, and profitability targets.

  1. Expand market share through effective trade engagement, retail

penetration, and channel development.

  1. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify

growth opportunities.

  1. Review the BU performance and achievement in every product category in

both value and volume.

  1. Ensure adherence to the sales forecasting and inventory management –

take corrective steps wherever required.

Identify potential markets, trade opportunities & strategies for developing

  1. Lead and coordinate across Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing

  1. Ensure effective forecasting, demand planning, and stock availability.
