About Simple Care

Simple Care is a virtual walk-in telemedicine clinic serving patients across British Columbia, Canada. Led by Dr. Daniel Pannozzo, a Canadian-trained physician, our mission is to make healthcare more accessible and efficient by leveraging innovative virtual health solutions.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our team. This fully remote role is ideal for candidates based in India who are detail-oriented, patient-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling, patient follow-ups, and reminders.
  • Support patients with registration and booking through the Simple Care platform.
  • Coordinate with healthcare facilities to ensure seamless patient access to services.
  • Collaborate with doctors to manage follow-ups, referrals, and clinic workflows.
  • Maintain accurate medical and administrative records.
  • Oversee and respond to clinic communications professionally and promptly.

Experience & Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or medical office administration (preferred).
  • Diploma/Certificate in Medical Administration (asset, but not required).
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and office software tools.
  • Professional, patient-centered, and collaborative attitude.

Contract Details

  • Type: Independent Contractor
  • Compensation: 25,000 INR per month
  • Location: Remote (India-based applicants only)
  • Schedule: Full-time, flexible within clinic operating needs
