Title: Paralegal Associate

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience of litigation in Court
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in LPO for backend legal support in personal injury
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills

Role Overview:

  • Legal research and analysis
  • Drafting of legal documents: Discovery, pleadings and motions
  • Chronological Summary of depositions and medical records
  • Drafting of responses to Form Interrogatories, Request for production and Special Interrogatories

Education/Qualification:

  • LLM

Location: Mohali/Kharadi/Pune

Budget:
 Maximum 6 LPA CTC annually.

Title: Paralegal - Team Leader

Education:
Master's in Law (LLM)

Experience:

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience.

Role Overview:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of paralegals.
  • Monitor team performance as per defined KPIs.
  • Managing agreed TAT & ensure timely delivery of assignments.
  • Liaise with quality manager to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
  • Provide training and continuous feedback to team members to improve quality & legal acumen.

Max Budget: 10 LPA CTC

Title: Paralegal Quality Analyst

Education:
Masters in Law (LLM)

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience of litigation in Court
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in LPO for backend legal support in personal injury
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in review and quality checking of the legal documents
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills for handling client calls/ client queries
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills

Role Overview:

  • Direct internal audits to ensure teams are following set process as recommended by the client
  • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
  • Conduct evaluations & RCA to identify areas of improvement
  • Able to deliver coaching on finding areas
  • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Prepare, update & validate SOPs
  • Prepare periodic reporting & dashboard

Location: Mohali

Max Budget: 8 LPA CTC

Title: Paralegal Manager

Education/Qualification: LLM

Experience:

  • Minimum 7-9 years of experience

Role Overview:

  • Responsible for overall monitoring of Legal Function.
  • Monitor SLAs and mitigate any deviations.
  • Initiate and implement process improvement measures.
  • Mentor paralegals and supervisor for seamless delivery of tasks with quality as agreed with the business.
  • Liaison with quality and enabling teams for seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • First point of contact for business for updates on operations.
