About the Role

As aSailPoint Support EngineeratNetConnect Global (NCG), you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing ourIdentity and Access Management (IAM)infrastructure. You will ensure high availability, security, and efficiency of critical IAM systems, supporting both end users and technical teams. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-driven environment where your skills directly contribute to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of IAM infrastructure (SailPoint / ETAC / LDAP IDM).
  • Troubleshoot and resolveexploration errors, authorization issues, and server integrationproblems.
  • Act as thefirst point of contactfor user incidents via ServiceNow and email.
  • Analyze incidents, provide resolutions, and escalate complex cases to experts when required.
  • Respond to service requests and end-user queries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Recommend and implement improvements injob performance, service request handling, and production incident resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Paris OPS team forknowledge transfer and process optimization.
  • Implement and manageserver monitoring using Dynatraceto ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science, IT, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 3+ yearsof experience in IAM support, with strong SailPoint expertise.
  • Hands-on experience withIAM tools especially SailPoint and CyberArk (Enterprise Password Vault).
  • Strong understanding ofLinux (RHEL)andWindows Serverenvironments.
  • Familiarity withLDAP IDMandDynatrace monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency inincident/change/problem management processes, preferably in ServiceNow.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
