- SailPoint IdN Sr Developer/Engineer Title:SailPoint IDN Lead Primary Skills:SailPoint Identity Now (IDN) Secondary Skills:SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, Okta, Azure AD Job Summary:SailPoint IDN Lead with deep level expertise and strong hands-on experience in software development, knowledge of access governance, identity management, federation, cloud SSO services and IAM solutions. In addition to having strong technical skills, you must be comfortable in effectively communicating with business end users, technical IT teams, business partners, network providers, and business process outsourced vendors, all while being sensitive to a wide diversity of cultural and technical backgrounds in a global business environment. Experience: At least 10+ years of overall IAM experience, and at least 7+ years of strong hands-on experience on the modern IAM platforms (SailPoint IDN) along with 3+ years of experience with application design and consulting experience on IAM functions like user life cycle management, certifications, access control policies, federation, MFA and role management. Job Functions: As a SailPoint IDN Lead, you will be at the front lines with our clients supporting them with their Enterprise and Cloud Cyber Risk needs specifically helping them address IAM health and navigate the journey a common SailPoint/IGA solution for their business needs. Master level expertise in SailPoint IDN toolset. Especially, experience in implementing all core capabilities/features of SailPoint IDN and integrating SailPoint IDN with various internal and external facing applications is must to have. Deep knowledge and hands on technical experience with SailPoint suite including:Lifecycle Manager, Access Review implementation, Compliance Manager, Access Request, Automated Provisioning Password Management. Lead system integrations for both internal facing and external facing systems/applications with SailPoint IdentityNow. Work with Application Teams to identify, aggregate and correlate Application/System User Accounts to Identity Cubes within SailPoint Development and configuration experience of SailPoint various modules (e.g. audit, compliance, lifecycle, service account) Design, Develop, Test and Troubleshoot Custom System/Application Connectors within SailPoint IdentityNow Product expertise in IDN, CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Active Directory, Relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL/DB2), Java, BeanShell, REST API and webservices. Understanding of RBAC, Identity Policies, Identity Lifecycle automation and reporting, Password Policies, Separation of duties, User Provisioning and approval workflows in SailPoint IDN. Ability to make source code level changes and has worked in a large multinational organization providing hands-on technical architecture services with J2EE development, Database, Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL. Experience with Rest Web services, SAML 2.0, SailPoint IdentityNow, OAuth, WS-Security, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and other authentication/authorization protocols. Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners. Expert level experience with IAM Protocols such as SCIM, Web services, WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect and OAuth At least 10 years of Identity Access Management (IAM) deployment and engineering experience required. 6-8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture/technology leadership across multiple products, systems and/or platforms coupled with strong business acumen. Proven experience architecting initial infrastructure, on-boarding of applications, role-based access controls, policy and password management, certifications, workflows, work items, rules and API developments. Lead system integrations for both internal facing and external facing systems/applications with SailPoint IdentityNow Work with Application Teams to identify, aggregate and correlate Application/System User Accounts to Identity Cubes within SailPoint Development and configuration experience of SailPoint various modules (e.g. audit, compliance, lifecycle, service account) Design, Develop, Test and Troubleshoot Custom System/Application Connectors within SailPoint IdentityNow. Job Requirements:Essential: At least a bachelors degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields Developing and implementing SailPoint IDN solutions according to technical architecture Requirement Analysis, Key Architecture decisions, API spec, Solution Arch Data modelling for IAM platform Familiarity with other IAM systems (CyberArk, Okta) a plus. Demonstrated excellent technical writing skills and project lead experience. Troubleshooting and debugging issues as soon as they arise Providing engineering designs and guiding IAM development team on building new integrations/solutions Ensuring software security at all levels of architecture Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans).
