Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Accountant located in Chennai. The Cost Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing cost reports, financial statements, and journal entries. Daily tasks will include conducting cost audits, budgeting, and providing insights on cost efficiency. The role requires collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Cost Accounting and Journal Entries (Accounting) skills
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
  • Strong Analytical Skills for identifying cost drivers and providing actionable insights
  • Knowledge of Finance principles and practices
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the transfer pricing domain is a plus
