Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline backend operations and ensure process consistency.
  • Support the team in maintaining and updating backend systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Analyze operational data using MS Excel and other tools to prepare insightful reports for management review.
  • Manage and update records in Microsoft 365, ensuring data integrity and easy accessibility of information.
  • Actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving operational processes and enhancing overall efficiency.
