Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: G401, Galada Towers, Begumpet, Secunderabad (Work from Office)

Work Schedule:

• Mon to Fri: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Work from Office)
• Sat: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Work from Home)

What You'll Do:

● Design scroll-stopping social media creatives that align with trends and brand aesthetics.

● Develop compelling static and carousels for Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and paid ads.

● Translate briefs and brand guidelines into visually rich campaigns, posts, decks, and digital asset

● Develop creative presentations, client pitch decks, and storyboards of highest quality demonstrating your creative abilities and design thinking

● Contribute to branding projects — logos, visual identities, guidelines, etc.

● Prepare and deliver assets in required formats, ready for web or print.

● Collaborate closely with the content, video, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution.

● Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and content formats.

● Manage and organise design files and maintain version control for collaborative workflows.

Must Have :

● Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw Illustrator, and InDesign.

● A strong portfolio showcasing social media design, branding work, and campaign layouts.

● Understanding of typography, fontology, color theory, layout design, and brand consistency.

● Comfort with Canva or Figma for quick turnarounds (bonus).

● Creative flair with pixel-perfect attention to detail.

● Experience in delivering multiple creatives per day, with minimal rework.

Bonus Points If You Have:

● Basic motion design skills (After Effects or Canva video tools).

● Exposure to AI-based design tools like MidJourney, RunwayML, or Adobe Firefly.

● Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment with multiple client brands.

● UI/UX knowledge or collaboration experience with web development teams.

● Ability to design across formats — square, portrait, carousel, web banners, etc.

● Quick turnaround on feedback and adaptability to brand voices/styles.

● Confident using collaborative platforms like Google Drive, ClickUp.

Knowledge :

● Up-to-date with Adobe Creative Suite, design innovations, AI tools.

● Understanding of design's role in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand building.

● Familiar with creative content funnels and high-converting visual formats.
