Job Title: E commerce manager

Location: Sector - 155, Noida

About Us:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated E commerce manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Oversee and optimize the TWF Shopify store, ensuring smooth functionality, updated product listings, and seamless user experience.
  • Marketplace Operations: Manage listings, promotions, and campaigns across Amazon, Instamart, Flipkart, and other platforms.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Digital Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing team to align ads, SEO, and social media campaigns with e-commerce goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, ROAS, and sales growth; prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Customer Experience: Improve ratings, reviews, and repeat purchase rates through customer feedback and service excellence.
  • Innovation: Explore and implement new e-commerce tools, features, and partnerships to boost online growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management (preferably FMCG/D2C brands).
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller/ Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and analytics tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze numbers and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and entrepreneurial mindset.
