About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate
Copywriter
to join our growing marketing and branding team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong flair for storytelling, a deep understanding of content strategy, and the ability to write compelling copy that engages, converts, and inspires. You'll work closely with the design, digital marketing, and strategy teams to create impactful messaging across multiple platforms including social media, websites, advertising campaigns, blogs, and internal communication materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop original and engaging copy for digital, print, and social media platforms in alignment with brand tone and communication strategy.
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy for advertisements, email campaigns, press releases, blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for brand and campaign communication.
  • Understand the target audience and create persuasive content that resonates with their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize web and blog content for search engines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' communication styles, and emerging digital content strategies.
  • Assist in brainstorming creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media storytelling.
  • Maintain deadlines and deliver high-quality copy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in copywriting, preferably in a marketing agency or digital brand environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO writing, keyword placement, and content performance metrics.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to produce innovative campaign ideas.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Grammarly, and AI content tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
