About the Role:

We are hiring Corporate Actions Analysts to support our global brokerage operations. In this role,

you will handle voluntary and mandatory corporate action events, dividend processing, stock splits,

entitlement allocation, and cash reconciliation activities. You will work with high-accuracy financial

data and ensure that corporate events are processed correctly, on time, and in full compliance with

market regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process voluntary and mandatory corporate action events such as mergers, demergers, tender

offers, rights issues, reorganizations, bonus issues, and reverse splits.

Review and interpret event terms, market announcements, and custodian notifications.

Ensure correct entitlement allocation and accurate updates to customer portfolios.

Process dividend payouts, interest distributions, withholding taxes, and corporate income events.

Validate ex-date, record date, payable date, and entitlement calculations.

Execute stock splits, reverse splits, symbol changes, conversions, and spin-offs.

Reconcile and update internal systems to ensure accurate position holdings.

Investigate and resolve cash breaks, position breaks, and entitlement mismatches.

Perform daily reconciliation of transactions and postings with custodial and internal records.

Verify event data from custodians, CSDs, and market data sources.

Maintain complete documentation, audit records, and event logs.

Collaborate with internal teams such as brokerage operations, reconciliation, settlements, and customer support.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, workflows, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of corporate actions (voluntary & mandatory), dividends, stock splits, and entitlement rules.

Experience in cash reconciliation, position reconciliation, and handling financial discrepancies.

Knowledge of European or global market structures, corporate action cycles, CSDs, and custodial workflows.

Understanding of brokerage operations, settlements, and back-office processes.

Experience with brokerage back-office tools or reconciliation platforms (preferred).

Familiarity with market data sources such as Bloomberg, SIX, ICE, Euroclear, or similar.

Strong analytical ability and excellent attention to detail.

Ability to interpret complex financial and market data.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and handle time-sensitive tasks.

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
