Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Team Lead- Real Estate Sales. The Team Lead will manage and oversee the sales team, implement strategies to drive property sales, and foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Responsibilities include supervising brokerage activities, enabling the team to meet targets, guiding the team in client interactions, and maintaining market intelligence to ensure competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Communication for effective client and team engagements
  • Experience in Brokerage and deep understanding of real estate transactions
  • Expertise in Team Management and Team Leadership to drive sales objectives
  • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate trends, dynamics, and opportunities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales-related software tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or a similar leadership role is an advantage
