Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in the data center industry to oversee complex programs and ensure seamless execution of mission-critical projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of proven experience in managing programs within the data center ecosystem, with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities


•Lead and manage end-to-end program execution for data center projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.


•Oversee multiple cross-functional project teams, aligning program objectives with organizational strategy.


•Develop and manage program plans, budgets, risk assessments, and reporting frameworks.


•Collaborate with engineering, operations, facilities, and IT teams to drive successful outcomes.


•Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely status updates.


•Mitigate risks and resolve escalations to maintain seamless project delivery.


•Ensure adherence to industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in data center operations.


•Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies for program governance.

Requirements


•10+ years of experience in program or project management, specifically in the data center industry (mandatory).


•Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, operations, and lifecycle management.


•Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex, multi-stakeholder programs.


•Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


•PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification (preferred).


•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
