Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) located in Bengaluru East. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include estimating costs, preparing tenders, managing project finances, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that budgets are adhered to. The Quantity Surveyor will be required to communicate effectively with clients and contractors and work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.

  • Cost estimating and financial management skills
  • Contract negotiation and tender preparation skills
  • Project management and budgeting skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in construction management software
  • Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
