**Contract Administration**: - Negotiations with subcontractors, Vendors, Preparation of WO & PO, Documentation, Subcontractors Bills Verification, Checking, Assisting Operation Head for finalizing rates, All Post QS & Contracts works
- Vendor management, Vendor negotiation, Billing, Reconciliation, Taking quotes and finalising vendors for works. Addressing various issues from contractors for different claims, Planning and scheduling etc.

**Quantity Surveying**: - Preparation & Issuing of Work Orders, Purchase Order, Subcontractor Billing, Quantity Take Off, Budgeting, Client Bills, Material Reconciliations, Labour Billing, Productivity Check of Labours, Rate Analysis for Different types of works etc.

Contract & Procurement

Contracts - Vendor identification,bording new vendor, Preparing work order, **Quantity** surveyor job, Calculation of quantities for structural, Finishing work & BBS work, Preparing BOQ, Preparing & issuing work order to the contractor, Material reconciliation for steel, cement & concrete, Preparing RA bill to client as percontractagreement, Checking & Certifying contractor & sub contractor bill, Co-ordinating with HO & QS team, Preparing of Bill abstract in ERP system, Planning for construction activities & scheduling weekly & monthly basis, Preparing DPR & DLR, Drawing & material follow up, Preparing & sending SCR for work order purpose, Follow up with HO for sub contractor work order & payment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
