Role Overview

We are looking for a
highly experienced Consultant + Operations Manager
to lead our consulting and operations functions. This is a
foundational leadership role
where you'll manage teams, consult clients, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring
industry experience (Exports, GST, MCA, Subsidy Consulting, or CA firm background)
and drive both
client delivery and business growth
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the
    lead consultant
    across service lines: GST, IGST, Exports, Subsidy Management, MCA Compliance, and Corporate Consulting.
  • Provide expert advisory to clients, ensuring
    accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits
    .
  • Oversee
    daily operations
    , guiding interns and executives to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to
    convert client needs into deliverables
    and support business development.
  • Design and implement
    efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems
    .
  • Manage
    client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables
    with complete ownership.
  • Mentor team members, set performance standards, and ensure
    operational discipline and professionalism
    .

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    3–5 years of relevant experience in a
    Consulting firm, Chartered Accountant office, or Export/Compliance industry
    .
  • Knowledge Areas:
    GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of
    consulting delivery and client management
    .
  • Strong skills in
    strategic planning, operations, and leadership
    .
  • Excellent
    written and verbal communication
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Finance, or International Business
    (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
  • Enthusiastic leader who is
    hungry for growth, detail-oriented, and passionate about building consulting excellence
    .
