Role & responsibilities

  • Directly interact with clients and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings.
  • Create Proposal Document with Time & Cost Estimation and MOM.
  • Prepare and maintain BRD, SRS, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
  • Act as a bridge between clients, developers, and testers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Track project requirements, changes, and ensure timely communication with the team.
  • Suggest improvements for processes, documentation, and workflows.
  • Coordinate with the dev team for proper handover of the scope.
  • Track project progress and ensure delivery before the timeline and schedule client demo during development milestones .

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 02 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Associate BA / Project Coordinator.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client-facing role).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with confidence to work independently.
