Senior DevOps Engineer
who can strengthen our infrastructure, streamline our deployments, and ensure our products run smoothly at scale.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior DevOps Engineer
with
5+ years of experience
in managing cloud-native infrastructure for product or SaaS companies. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in automation, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud architecture, monitoring systems, and performance optimization. Your work will directly influence uptime, speed, security, and overall customer experience of our products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Deployment & CI/CD Ownership

• Build and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines for rapid, stable product releases.
• Automate testing, integration, staging, and production deployments.
• Ensure zero-downtime deployments and efficient release cycles.

2. Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure to support SaaS products.
• Implement auto-scaling, load balancing, multi-region setup, and backup strategies.
• Manage Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / CloudFormation / Pulumi).

3. Kubernetes & Container Engineering

• Manage highly available Kubernetes clusters (EKS / AKS / GKE).
• Optimize containerized microservices for performance and cost efficiency.
• Implement service mesh, ingress, secrets, and config management.

4. Monitoring, Reliability & Incident Response

• Set up and manage monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, CloudWatch).
• Maintain SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets in alignment with product needs.
• Drive incident response, RCA, and reliability improvements (SRE best practices).

5. Security & Compliance

• Implement DevSecOps practices within CI/CD and infrastructure layers.
• Manage IAM roles, secrets, vulnerability scans, and security policies.
• Ensure compliance with product and customer security requirements.

6. Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Work with product engineering teams to optimize architecture and deployments.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and influence best practices across teams.
• Participate in roadmap discussions, capacity planning, and scalability decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience in a product-based or SaaS company.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Shell).
• Proven experience building scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and distributed systems.
• Solid knowledge of networking (VPC, Security Groups, Load Balancers, DNS).
• Experience with Git, GitOps workflows, and versioning strategies.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience working on a multi-cloud or hybrid environment.
• Knowledge of service mesh (Istio/Linkerd).
• Experience with cost optimization for large-scale SaaS platforms.
• Exposure to serverless architecture.
• Experience with real-time systems or high throughput applications.
