About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CI/CD, cloud platforms, automation, and container orchestration. This role requires close collaboration with development and operations teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

* Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

* Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

* Automate deployment, configuration, and monitoring processes to enhance system reliability.

* Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

* Monitor system performance and implement solutions to ensure high availability and uptime.

* Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline build and release processes.

* Maintain version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and enforce best practices for source management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* 4–8 years of proven experience in DevOps or related roles.

* Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).

* Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch).

* Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell.

* Good understanding of networking, security, and Linux system administration.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience working in a microservices-based environment.

* Familiarity with GitOps practices.

* Professional certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps, or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) are an added advantage.
