Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Financial Analyst
to support a large-scale contract mapping and pricing classification initiative across projects. The analyst will be responsible for linking projects to contracts and MSAs, classifying pricing types, identifying financial risks, and preparing insights for Finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Access and extract key project details from the master database, including project ID, contract/MSA info, and pricing type.
• Analyse and map each project to its corresponding Contract and MSA, and classify pricing as Standard or Non-Standard (negotiated).
• Flag missing or unclear data and work closely with TRC POCs and Project Managers to resolve mapping or pricing discrepancies.
• Calculate project durations, assess margin risks influenced by merit increases, and tag projects with repricing opportunity levels (High/Medium/Low)
• Maintain an up-to-date central tracker and support additional financial and pricing activities as they arise during the project.
• Support financial analysis for the respective function, delivering actionable insights and maintaining MIS/reporting frameworks to enable informed decision-making.
• Coordinate invoice collection and processing, ensuring proper cost allocation and recharge across business units while safeguarding budget integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 4-5 years of finance experience, preferably with exposure to pricing and contract management.
• Strong skills in MS Office and data analysis (pivot tables, v-lookups).
• Ability to interpret contracts, pricing terms, and financial structures.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, SharePoint, and handling large project datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with large data sets.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools; strong documentation ability.
• Able to interpret financial and contractual terms confidently.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
